CACTTC MEMBERSHIP
AGREEMENT & APPLICATION
Associate Membership
Applications/agreements for membership may be accepted by CACTTC and Associate membership granted provided the following conditions are met:
- Applicant has paid applicable membership dues.
- Applicant agrees to abide by all federal, state and local statutes, regulations, and policies in connection with services rendered to CACTTC Treasurers and Tax Collectors.
- All applications for associate membership must be APPROVED by the Executive Board TWO WEEKS PRIOR TO ANY CONFERENCE. This means prospected member’s application must be in our hands in sufficient time to distribute it to all members, allow feedback, and allow the Board to vote two weeks prior to the meeting. If an application cannot be acted on prior to a conference, it will be held for action after the conference and that individual will have to attend on a non-member status.
- Applicant has been provided a copy of and agrees to adhere to the standards of ethics and professional conduct described in Article XVI of the CACTTC Bylaws.
- Applicant understands and agrees that membership in CACTTC is not an endorsement of an associate member’s products or services.
- Applicant understands that their associate membership may be revoked by an action of the CACTTC Executive committee for breach of any conditions described herein.

Government Membership
Applications/agreements for membership may be accepted by CACTTC and Government membership granted provided the following conditions are met:
- Applicant has paid applicable membership dues: $350/year. The State Controller’s Office and State Treasurer’s Office is $170/year for Program Managers and Supervisors, $110/year for Program Analysts.
- Applicant agrees to abide by all federal, state and local statutes, regulations, and policies in connection with services rendered to CACTTC Treasurers and Tax Collectors.
- Applicant understands the application is subject to the approval of the Executive Committee.
- Applicant understands that Government members shall not be permitted to vote or serve as members of any standing committee of the Association, except that an employee of the State
- Controller’s Office or the State Treasurer’s Office may serve as a voting member of any standing committee of the Association with the approval of the President.
- Applicant has been provided a copy of and agrees to adhere to the standards of ethics and professional conduct described in Article XVI of the CACTTC Bylaws.
- Applicant understands their Government membership may be revoked by an action of the CACTTC Executive Committee for breach of any conditions described herein.
